A 1,200 linear foot commercial chain-link and wrought iron fencing installation for an industrial warehouse complex in Mission, TX — including demolition of the existing damaged fence, new concrete footings, 8-foot security chain-link with privacy slats, and a decorative wrought iron entrance with dual swing gates.

The existing perimeter fence was damaged in multiple sections, creating security concerns for the warehouse contents. The property bordered an active railroad right-of-way on one side, requiring coordination with the railroad authority for fence placement. The entrance gate needed to accommodate 18-wheeler trailer access while maintaining a professional appearance.

We surveyed the property with a licensed surveyor to establish exact boundary lines along the railroad right-of-way. The 8-foot security fence was installed with industrial-gauge galvanized posts set in 30-inch concrete footings to withstand South Texas winds. The entrance featured custom wrought iron gates with a 24-foot clear opening for truck access, powder-coated in black to match the building. We added privacy slats on sections facing the railroad and public road.
