A 3,200 sq ft custom home in Edinburg, TX — designed from scratch with the homeowner, featuring an open floor plan, energy-efficient systems, a pool-ready backyard, and premium finishes throughout.
The Challenge
The homeowners had a specific vision for their forever home — modern Texas ranch style with high ceilings, a chef's kitchen, and an outdoor living area — but needed to stay within a defined budget. The lot also had challenging drainage conditions that required creative engineering.
Our Solution
We worked closely with the homeowners from design through completion, providing regular budget updates and material options at every stage. Our in-house teams handled all 35+ trades — foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, painting, and landscaping — eliminating subcontractor markups. We engineered a French drain system to solve the drainage issue and graded the lot to direct water away from the foundation.
The Results
The home was completed on schedule and $12,000 under the original budget. The homeowners moved in with zero punch list items — everything was right the first time. The property appraised 15% above the construction cost, giving the owners immediate equity.
